David was a Program Manager and People Programs Specialist at Google Inc. David, an expert in organizational management and strategy, previously founded myJambi.com, a social marketplace that helped service providers and buyers liberate their full potential. He is an expert at the intersection of business strategy, new technology development and talent strategy. David has spent his professional career focusing on how to spur innovation.

Fields Jackson, Jr.

Fields Jackson, Jr. is currently the Founder and CEO of Racing Toward Diversity Magazine and an adjunct professor, teaching Entrepreneurial Sales and Marketing, at Chicago State University, Chicago, Illinois. Fields was recently recognized by Diversity Best Practices as one of the Five Diversity Thought Leaders You Should Be Following On Twitter and one of the Top 21 Black Social Media Influencers by the I’m Just Sharing blog. John Lewis

John Lewis is Executive Vice President at Harbor Bank of Maryland where he is head of the Bank’s Community Development Corporation (CDC) and head of all lending for the Bank and it’s CDC. Previously, John was Founder and Managing Member of Smithsonia Advisors, a Banking and Investment Management Firm. John is founder and CEO of Kitchen Table Financial Corp. Sold in June 2013, Kitchen Table is a financial technology company and former affiliate company of the Emerging Technology Center incubator in Baltimore, Maryland. The Company developed software technology and utilized modern communication methods and social media to help people make financial decisions more efficiently and comfortably. Previously, John was with Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management as Director of Global Investment Services – COO Group, and Director of Americas Distribution.

Ray Maylor

Ray is a Senior Manager of Research and Analytics at Assembly media in New York City. In this role, Ray works across all client groups to improve the execution of campaign measurement studies. Ray is charged with educating the agency on the research vendors and ad tech partners best positioned to aid clients meet their business goals. Ray’s background is a mix of agency experience and entrepreneurial pursuits. His previous experience includes work on brands such as Google, Starbucks, HBO, Discovery, and S.C Johnson. When he is not working on client business or leading the Assembly Media Fluency Academy he authors agency consumer insight white papers. Before getting involved with advertising Ray along with his brother and a few friends founded a successful men’s clothing company which was eventually sold to a top US retailer. He Holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Hofstra University. In 2006 He earned an MBA in Marketing while simultaneously completing a Masters of Media Management at Syracuse University.

Doris E. McMillon

Doris E. McMillon is the President of McMillon Communications, Inc., a full-service communications and marketing firm specializing in strategic positioning, branding and effective communications. A veteran journalist, newscaster and producer, this communications strategist has more than three decades of business experience with work spanning posts at major market radio stations, cable television networks, and three major networks, where she created the innovative concept of Excellence in CommunicationsTM – a baseline principle focused on executing effective communication for business representatives. “How we communicate is the basis for how our message is sent and received. Knowing how to deliver your message will determine your success in the marketplace.”

Buch Meiley

Buch Meiley is currently the President, Philippine Disaster Recovery Foundation and President and COO or Pacific Global One; a private aviation firm that provides aircraft and helicopter rentals to a wide array of clients in the Philippines. Butch is also the President of the Idea Space Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to supporting innovation, technology development, and entrepreneurship as a path to nation building. Previously, Butch was Vice President of Communications for TLC Beatrice International, a New York-based, multinational food company with operations all across Europe. He has worked with several New York public relations firms including Burson-Marsteller, GCI Group, Ruder, Finn and Rotman and Howard Rubenstein. Butch was served as President of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce in New York, one of the oldest bilateral business organizations in the United States.

Antoine Savage

Antoine Savage spent his first 12 career years in Hospitality Management. During this time, Antoine built his expertise in a variety of skill-sets, specifically Operations Management, Strategic Marketing and General Human Resource capability. Upon relocating to the Greater New York City area in 2012, Antoine realized his interests in business and the finance industry, specifically. Antoine currently works with Alliance Bernstein, a Global Investment Management Firm, in their Institutional Investment Management Department. Antoine is also pursuing a dual MBA and Masters of Financial Risk Management at the University of Connecticut. Antoine lives for daily abstract challenges that promote his professional growth and learning. Antoine complemented his core educational pursuits by earning a Certificate in The Language of Business at Harvard Business Extension School. He also enjoys serving his community, by serving on the Stamford Board of Education; a board of 9 elected officials, appointed to oversee the diverse Public School System in his metropolitan hometown of Stamford, CT.

George Scheeler

George Scheeler is the President of Acullence, an advisory firm that helps business owners achieve their strategic, financial and organizational goals. Acullence, founded in 2007, has helped dozens of clients identify roadblocks to success, develop strategies to get past these hurdles and helped them successfully execute these strategies. Clients have seen both top line growth and bottom-line results. In addition to Acullence, Mr. Scheeler travels around the country teaching for the AICPA, is a sought-after speaker on issues facing entrepreneurs and has been part of the faculty of Loyola University of Maryland and the University of Baltimore. Mr. Scheeler received two undergraduate degrees from James Madison University and his MBA from the College of William and Mary.
