Russell Fugett, PMP

President, Chief Revenue Officer

In 2007, Russell, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), founded TLC JR, LLC, an investments and consulting firm and Maryland Minority Business Enterprise, where he advised a variety of digital media and technology-based startups. Russell was the co-founder of Fugett Baseball Group , a private equity firm created to acquire affiliated minor league baseball teams and related businesses. Tasked with identifying new digital revenue streams, Russell had the opportunity to interface with Major League Baseball (MLB) Advanced Media, the Internet and interactive branch of MLB as well as other experts in the out of home family entertainment industry. This, in part, led Russell to the founding of Good Word Digital, a digital communications company created to meet emerging critical needs in online reputation management, communication and marketing. A 5th generation entrepreneur and winner of multiple awards for leadership and service, Russell has a B.A. from Trinity College, Hartford, CT, where he served two terms as Student Government President, and an M.S. in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business who has since presented him with an alumni achievement award. Russell is also a 2016 graduate of the Greater Baltimore Committee Leadership Program.

Sharon Mostyn

Sharon Mostyn has more than 30 years’ experience in both online and traditional marketing, including founding Mostyn Marketing Group, a Google Partner full-service marketing and advertising agency. Sharon’s specialty is measuring and optimizing marketing and advertising initiatives for their clients. Sharon holds certifications in Analytics, Search Engine Optimization, Email Messaging and Landing Page Optimization from industry-leading authorities. Speaking at events for AMA Baltimore, MarketingProfs, MediaPost Email and Search Insider Summits, and Internet Retailer continues to enhance Sharon’s reputation in the marketing field.

Brandon Lumpkin

Strategic Partner and Chief Digital Strategist

Brandon is a consultant, strategist, and business coach who helps businesses and personal brands with marketing, branding, and development. Brandon was born and raised in Washington DC, and currently lives in Dallas, TX. He attended Full Sail University in Orlando, FL where he Entertainment Business and Digital Marketing. Brandon leads a small but mighty full-service digital marketing, advertising, and development team that provides value across design, marketing communications, and implementation for many clients, from a full suite of solutions to a subset of services. Brandon, a strong project manager and communicator, has worked in over 15 countries and has developed an international network of strategists, developers, and subject matter experts allows him the unique ability to identify opportunity and execute projects of various size and scope anywhere in the world.

Natalya H. Bah

Natalya H. Bah, owner of Natalya H. Bah Consulting, has over ten years of experience consulting in the public and private sectors. With a focus on project management, Natalya helps organizations achieve their strategic focus by providing dynamic project management leadership. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with a Masters of Science in Project Management, she combines her academic achievements with real-world project management experience. Her strong interpersonal skills enable her to quickly engage with existing teams, communicate effectively with project stakeholders and ensure smooth project delivery. In addition to Natalya’s experience and expertise, her team has a broad range of project management skills and knowledge, and shares her dedication to customer service.

Kelcey Abney

Strategist, Designer, and Web Developer

Kelcey is a innovative strategist, thinker, storyteller, and designer. A Washington, DC native, Kelcey studied marketing at George Washington University. In 2016, Kelcey moved to the Bay Area to pursue a dream of closing the wealth gap in black community by 2035.

Chris Sullivan

Junior Software Developer and Web Developer

Chris is an innovative web and mobile application developer with an interest in exploring artificial intelligence and machine learning. He and his team recently placed first in the Urban X competition during the 2016 Techcrunch Disrupt NY Hackathon . Chris has a passion for music and plays both the electric and acoustic guitar. Chris is an alumni of All Star Code, Digital Harbor Foundation, and National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE). Chris is from Baltimore, MD and will be attending UMD College Park majoring in computer science.

Diane Shaw

Operations Assistant and Accounts Billable

Diane has 30+ years of financial management expertise in the advertising, marketing, and media industry. Nearly 2/3 of those years were with the Leffler Agency where Diane worked her way up through the ranks to Director of Business Operations. Before Leffler, Diane work at Sinclair Broadcast Group. Prior to that, Diane managed the billing for Baltimore’s mainstay restaurant, Tio Pepe’s. In addition to her work with Good Word Digital, Diane has her own administrative support consultancy. Audie Jones, ESQ.

Vice President & General Counsel

In addition to serving as Vice President and General Counsel for Good Word Digital, Audie Jones is an Associate for Antson Capital Partners. Audie has also served as a consultant for Hannix Consulting, where she assisted in the due diligence of potential corporate acquisitions and turnarounds. Audie has also worked as an Associate and Special Assistant to the CEO of The Brewer Group Companies, a diversified advisory firm which specializes in corporate advisory and specialty finance. During her tenure there, she structured stock purchase agreements for start up companies. She also helped secure professional athlete endorsements for those companies. Audie was responsible for drafting all agreements and overseeing the drafting of promissory notes and loan documents for the specialty finance division.

Audie is a member of the New York Bar, has a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law, and a B.A. from The George Washington University, where she was a member of the women’s basketball team.
